2. Preparation - Collect Staff and Student Information to enable logins and results capture.

3. Professional Learning - If required, OCData can provide training and assistance with entering data.

4. Collection -  Staff enter results directly into the website application.

5. Analysis - OCData retrieve the results and develop an analysis file to your specification.

6. Result - OCData provide a downloadable analysis file accessed through the website application.
